Interesting review. You describe more of the "feel" of using a LensBaby than most reviews. Like that a lot. LB is more about doing than technical stuff.

You are correct in stating some will like the effect and some won't. Some will say you can do the same thing with editing in PS. They can't get the same exact results.

The LB has moved expanded to offer other styles besides the sweet spot. Sure we will see more of that in the future.

You're correct in that I focus more on the feel than the technique because that's what matters to me.

As for photoshop emulation, I agree with you but even if it were true, it wouldn't be the same. There's an organic feel in shooting with the Lensbaby that post-processing wouldn't emulate at all.
